Quality inspections and certifications are standard service and are performed as required. Product quality has always been one of the most important elements in manufacturing operations. In view of the present global economy and competition, continuous improvement in quality has become a major priority, not only for our customers, but also for BVG d.o.o.. Prevention of defects in products and on-line inspection are now major goals in all our manufacturing activities. We gain emphasis that quality must be achieved in a product and not merely checked after the product has been made. This close cooperation, communication and document support as listed below in quality assurance between customers and BVG d.o.o. are essential.

BVG d.o.o. adopts a reliable
QMS (Quality Management System) covering from management responsibility, resource management, production realization to measurement and improvement, but quality problem may still happen in one of hundreds of thousands chance. In case of non-conformity, actions to prevent same problem recurrence and similar problem occurrence for goods in premises must be proceeded as described in Continual Improvement.
